URBAN AG FARM TOUR ITINERARY – MARCH 6, 2026 -$15

The School of Harvest will host one segment of the SEEDS & CULTURE Conference Farm Tour on March 6. This segment is designed for partners to visit two nearby community farms, understand how each operates within a shared neighborhood ecosystem, and hear directly from the Harvest Youth who steward Marvin Gaye Greening Center about how farming connects to market and community life.

The bus will leave the UDC Lamond Riggs campus at 09:00 A.M. The visit begins at Marvin Gaye Greening Center. From there, the group walks to Lederer Farm, where Josh Springer — Farm Coordinator at Lederer and across additional DPR sites — shares his farm and his work. The morning concludes at Riverside Center with a youth-run market, lunch, and a facilitated conversation.
